Причина "шьта" подчеркнута.

Нахуя бля? Можно же было подобрать слово. Да хоть бы "звонилка" или "наладонник". Но нееееет.

Это еще и "объяснять", а еще "передавать" и даже "преобразовывать". В зависимости от контекста.
